Sometimes mythical world started to appear in reality, Game of throne is certainly one of them. Director David Benioff and D. B. Weiss have created a masterpiece which represents a range of HUMAN EMOTIONS AND CREATIVE ABILITY. It is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George R. R. Martin’s series of fantasy novels, the first of which is A Game of Thrones. 

Every season and episode is full of maneuvering, scheme, plots, and shenanigans of Tyrion Lannister. Here I will confine myself to SEASON 8, EPISODE 3, lessons are listed below

1.Arya Stark:

adversity brings her unafraid, valiant character. How come a princess trained under tribulations by circumstances became a valorous warrior among all.

2.Ser Jorah Mormant:

an exiled knight, the former head of House Mormont and Lord Of Bear Island. Who only wanted to serve Khaleesi. You need to have that one friend who will fight all odds against the world for you.

3.Theon Greyjoy :

What is dead may never die, Theon is a true characterization of person dilemma and doubts. He was an Iron born warrior but deeply attached to Starks, His life is a great lesson for how tragedies can shape your character “it’s never too late to correct our mistakes”

4.Night king:

Supreme leader of the white walkers, existed since the ages, lessons to be taken A) choose your opponents wisely don’t scatter your energy on less important, B) Ready to improvise your plan anytime as all time tested “Dracarys may not work”

5.Lady Lyanna Mormont :

Head of House Mormont of Bear Island, lessons small kids are able to do wonder, “never underestimate the power of small girl” who killed the most dreadful mighty beast of a white walker.

6.Lady Melisandre:

a Red Priestess, even her history includes some gruesome act of killing Renly and Shireen. Her knowledge of fire helped to change the shape of the whole Battle. Lesson “gives people a second chance, everyone is playing with strength and weakness.

7.Bran Stark:

a wrag and three-eyed raven, he becomes Hermit who is a more benevolent and matured person, who rises above the fight of the throne . “Bran gifts the dagger to Arya, in the exact same spot where she will later stab the Night king”.

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन से अपील है, कि वो ” संदेह” का टीका बनवाए ।

सुबह की आपाधापी  में एक समाचार ने  ध्यानाकर्षण किया, कि विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने मलेरिया का टीका बनवा दिया है, और यह मलावी देश में एस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है ।

जोकि कारग़र है।

तभी एक शोषित पति बोला,” भगवान एक ऐसा  टीका  शक के लिए भी बनवा देते“।बीवी ने तीकी अवाज़ में कहा  ओ गोड़ ,प्लीस ! 

कल रात के सब्जी थेले मे आलू  नहीं होने के बाद कारण, आभा द्वारा बिठाई गयी जॉच कमीशन के सामने अभय को काफी सारी कसमें खाने पड़ी थी। 

आभा का सवाल  था। आखिर क्यू ? पूरे दस साल से मना करने के बाद । आज ही आलू क्यू बंद हुआ? 

सिकुड़े हुए माथे और प्रश्नचिन्ह वाली ऑखो के साथ अभय निरुतर था।

आभा का अगला सवाल -अखिर क्या ही करते हो पूरा दिन मोबाइल मे चिपक के?अभय ने कहा कि, “तुम्हारी दुआ से टिकटोक भी बंद होने के कगार पर है”।

अभय ने कहा खिसिया के “अगर इतना भी भरोसा नहीं है ।तो प्रेम विवाह क्यू किया था? आभा ” वो तो तुम किसी और  से करने को राज़ी हो गए थे।  शादी की तैयारी पूरी थी, मंडप से वापस ले आई हूँ तुम्हे ।

तब भरोसा क्यू नहीं करती हो?   

आभा, आज मंद मंद मुस्कारते हुए ,सब्जी थेले मे हरे -भरे नेनुए देख के बोली? सही बताओ “किसके निर्देशों का पालन कर रहे हो आज कल?” 

अभय, विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन को पत्र लिखकर “शंका के टीके की मांग करने जा रहा है”?

After visiting Chateau of Vincennes
on crossroad I found sign map of the zoo, I had to walk around 45 min. to reach Paris zoo but every trouble was worth taking. I paid around 20 Euro as entry fee.

I wish to explore real essence of Paris ,So on first day I visited farthest and less known place of city. Its another story how i navigate .ZOO are always best way to understand the fauna of country .The way animals were treated and kept here was remarkable ,i found some distinguished animals and moments early in the morning.

पर्याप्त पर्याप्त है,जिसके पास।

प्रातः काल अपने सहयोगियों के साथ ऊर्जावान, जोश से भरी सभा साथ ही इड़ली,ङोसा  वगैरह से  भरपेट नाश्ते के बाद

घर को रवाना होने के लिए माध्यम ढूंढ रही थी ।

तभी मेरे पति ने ओला ऑटो बुक कर दी

ओला में बैठने के साथ में सभा के कुछ बंधुओं को मानसिक रूप में दोहरा ही रही थी ,किधर है  संसाधन ?

समाज का निर्माण कैसे क्या होगा?

एकाएक मेरी नजर पङी ,अंदर आटो मे हरे चटकीले रंग की ,

कुछ पत्तिनुमा संरचना है और मध्य में पीले  उभरते फूल ,जैसे कि सुंदर दीवार पर चित्र किया गया हो ।

आटो के अंदर का भाग  अद्भुत और आकर्षक बनाया गया है ।

ऑटो जो तकरीबन ५० से ६० साल पहले भारतीय बाजारों में आई है।

आज बहुत ही सस्ते और सरल उपाय के रूप में देखे जाते हैं। यह परिवहन का आसान माध्यम है ।

ऑटो की सीट पर बैठ के ,अपने आप हवा का तेज प्रभाव को महसूस  होता है।

दोनो ओर से आती हुई हवा आपको वातावरण से घनिष्ठता का एहसास कराती हैं।

विद्युतीय रफ्तार से आगे बढ़ती,  दूसरे वाहनों को पार करती ।

ऐसा आभास कराती है, कि आप  स्वयं पंख लगा कर पक्षियों की रेस में सबसे आगे बढ़ते जा रहे हैं।

कहीं भीड़ भाड़, तो कही कॉलोनी की सड़कें सूनी पड़ी हुई।

भूरे रंग की कमीज पहने वाले ऑटो वाले का नाम सादिक था, वह मध्यम उम्र का था ।

बड़े अनमने भाव से बोला बेंगलुरु में गाड़ी चलाना काफी जटिल काम है ।

मैंने सर हिलाया !

उसने बातों  बताया की देखते -देखते पूरे २५ साल गुजर गए सादिक बाशा बूढ़ा हो गया लेकिन शायद ही कभी मेरा पन टूटा हो ,कभी मेरा ईमान में कोई फर्क पड़ा हो ।

मैंने पुनः सर हिलाया

घर पहुंचने से पहले मैंने अपने पति को फोन किया-की “मल्लिकाएं -सधाने ,घर कमांक ३१, पधार रही हैं ।

आप ऑटो को पैसे देने के लिए नीचे आ जाऐ।

और इत्तेफाक से ओला मनी होने के कारण पैसे कट गए, इसी बीच दूसरे ग्राहक की घंटी भी बज गई।

घर पहुंचने के साथ ।

मुझे  हॉलीवुड के प्रसिद्ध “अभिनेता विल स्मिथ “का वीडियो दिखा।

जिसमें उनकी एक इच्छा थी ,कि वह भारत में आकर ऑटो चलाएं ।

यह उनके लिए एक सुखद आनुभव से कम न था।

तभी मुझे लगा कि दूर के ढोल सुहावने होते हैं। चरितार्थ हो गया ।

कहां हम हमेशा ही चार्टर्ड प्लेन में घूमने का सपना देखते है, और किसी  का सपना हो सकता है कि ऑटो में घूमे।

ऐसी परिस्थिति में कहा जाता है कि ” पर्याप्त पर्याप्त है, जिसके पास। । 

उसके पास हमेशा पर्याप्त होगा॥”

जल गत्यतात्मक है !

जल की प्रकृति होती है -शीतलता, सौम्यता और  सरलता । जल सभी रूप मे  र्संपूर्ण होता है।जल की तरल अवस्था लोगों को शक्ति देती है ,जीवन के हर स्तर को महत्वपूर्ण बनाती है।

विश्व के महासागर पृथ्वी का लगभग तीन चौथाई भाग घेरे हुए हैं।पृथ्वी पर पानी की कुल मात्रा लगभग 1400 मिलियन घन किलोमीटर है जिससे पृथ्वी पर पानी की 3000 मीटर मोटी परत बिछ सकती है। इसमें लगभग 75.2 प्रतिशत धुव्रीय प्रदेशों में हिम के रूप में विद्यमान है और 22.6 प्रतिशत भूजल के रूप में विद्यमान है।  शेष जल झीलों, नदियों, वायुमंडल, नमी, मृदा और वनस्पति में मौजूद है।

 सचेत- वाकर की एक विशेष हिंदी श्रृंखला इसी क्रम में एक प्रयास है।

इसकी  शुरुआत में यह एक यात्रा विवरण का माध्यम था ।बढ़ते अनुभव के साथ इसने नया रूप ग्रहण किया॥

आज ही, किसी ने व्यंग किया कि “आपका तो यात्रा ब्लॉग है ना? फिर उसमें अन्य प्रकार की कहानियां क्यों??

ऐसा तो नहीं कि आप मिठाई  दुकान पर सब्जी बेचने बेचने का कार्य कर रही है।”

इस बात की गंभीरता पर केवल दिल -खोलकर हंस लिया मैंने! फिर विचार आया कि इसे लिखकर स्पष्टीकरण दिया जाए।

हमारी यात्रा भी जल समान है ।जल वाषप बन कर वायुमंडल में जाता है, सअङ्नित होकर  है ,  बादल बनता है।   वास्तविक जीवन के पहलु मस्तिष्क पर प्रश्न के रूप में रहते हैं॥ जब तक उन्हें शब्दों में उतार कर उत्तर स्वरूप ना दिया जाए॥

जल संपूर्ण होता है ।एक लेखक अपने विचारों और लेखनी के माध्यम से  विचारो को   प्रतिबिंबित करता है ,कुछ पहलुओं को जीवित करता है।

First of all, I got the golden opportunity to visit Sathnur 80 kilometers away from Bangalore and arrange a school garden in an organic way.

True perma-culture, is not just organic farming – the ideology should in practice means harmonious integration of environment and people —

providing their food, shelter, and energy in a sustainable way.

Most noteworthy Perma-culture design has

1. Focus on closing the nutrient and water loop by using waste, and reducing the dependence on inputs.
2. Creation of healthier soil and diversity of produce
3. Variety keeps residents engaged and excited about growing their food.

Imitating nature by conserving the soil and water, and genetic capital. There is intensive use of space. Plants are allowed to set seed and are inter-planted for pest control.

• You are unlikely to see food plants in rows. The permaculture site will look more like a food-forest with some open glades full of herbs.

• Nutritious food and habitat for people and native animals and birds.

Dependence on observation.Perma-culture design is a mixed technology. 

Nature simply takes over. The soil will continue to heal, the forests grow and someone else can step in to rebuild our efforts

Types of cycle in Permaculture

There is a significant difference between closed and open food-production systems.

Similarly, the Ideal Perma-culture ‘Farm’ brings production of food closer to consumers and the consumer’s wastes back into the cycle.

Thus Permaculture will help in:

• Conserving the natural ecosystem

• Providing healthy and chemical-free food

The whole concept is based on synergy.

As the basis is very much in tune with nature, twinning with the existing ecosystem, there is no need for external resources as such.

As a result, Urban permaculture is today a popular permaculture principle that goes beyond space limitations.

In this style of permaculture, any landscape be it an apartment space or a rooftop or merely a balcony space is designed for growing plants.

Holi is one of the most popular festivals in India. Holi is the hilarious festival of joy, happiness, love, and colours. it is a symbol of unity.

I found out enchanting that However, Vrindavan, the style of celebrating Holi is different from others.

It is well said “Jagat Mein Holi Brij Mein hola”.

Bihariji is dressed up in a white colored outfit and comes closer to his devotees to play Holi with Gulal, Natural colors made by flowers and kesar.

The tradition of playing colours on Holi draws its roots from a legend of Radha and Krishna.

He narrated his woe to mother Yashoda, who teasingly asked him to colour Radha’s face in which ever colour he wanted.

दो धारी तलवार

आजकल अपार्टमेंट में ही सेवा करने का मौका मिल रहा है, तो बहुत सारे नए पुराने लोगों से मिलने का मौका मिलता है ।

दुआ सलाम और खैरियत पूछने के बाद, लोग अक्सर एक सवाल कर देते हैं?

जिनसे नीता परेशान है, आर यू वर्किंग?

थोड़ा सा  समय लेते   हुए उसका जवाब होता है ,”नो आई  हेड!

 नाउ , ,आए  हैव टू कैरी हाउसहोल्ड वर्क , एंड टेक केयर ऑफ़ माय मदर इन लॉ!

ऐसे सवालों के हर रोज पूछे जाने के कारण वह “अवसाद का भी शिकार हो रही हैं”

और दूसरी तरफ एक प्रतिष्ठित आईटी कंपनी में काम करने वाली हेमा नाइट शिफ्ट करके अपने बच्चे को जैसे-तैसे पालने की स्थिति में मजबूर हैं,

इस तरीके इस तरीके से उनका घर पर केवल शाम के ६:०० बजे तक रहना होता है।

बच्चे का पालन पोषण तो हो रहा है। परंतु  बच्चा केवल मोबाइल , टेबलेट के साथ ही बड़ा हो रहा है, इस स्थिति से वह भी परेशान है।

घर से निकलते वक्त हेमा के शब्द थे , ऐसी स्थिति रही तो दोनों ही आईटी में काम करते रहे और बच्चा बाहर घूमता नजर आए आखिर इसके परवरिश की जिम्मेदारी भी तो हमारी ही है।

एक तीसरी तीसरी श्रेणी भी है ,

जिसमें सुमन नाम की स्त्री घर पर ही रह  कर हिंदी के ट्यूशन देती है,

बात करने पर पता चला कि उनमें भी संतोष की भावना भरपूर है, कहती हैं “इससे घर भी संभल जाता है और देखने की अवसाद की भावना भी नहीं रहती है”,

जरूरत है ऐसे सेल्फ एंप्लॉयमेंट (स्वरोजगार) को बढ़ावा देने कीवास्तविकता यही है। जो नारी अपना १००% घर को समर्पित कर रही है ,उसे कम ना समझे सम्मान दें।

आपकी नजरों में एक कार्यरत स्त्री को है ।क्योंकि वह अपने बच्चों में अच्छे मूल्य परवरिश और आत्मविश्वास के रूप में सुदृढ़ कर रही है।

उसका सहयोग वैसे ही सराहनीय है ,जैसे की इमारत बनाने में ईटा रखने वाले कारीगर का होता है ।वहीं भारत का भविष्य सुधार रही है।

साथ ही जो घर और बाहर दोनों में काम करने वाली औरतें हैं ,उनको भी एक सुदृढ़ सपोर्ट सिस्टम की आवश्यकता है ताकि केवल बच्चे और पति का ख्याल रखते हुए वे अपने आप को  भूल ना जाए।

इसीलिए तो इसे दो धारी तलवार कहा गया है, औरतें इस में माहिर होती जा रही हैं.।
